Booking Terms & Conditions

Training Sessions

• 1:1 sessions last up to 1 hour, but focus is on quality not duration.
• With consent, photos/videos may be used for training progress, research, or Dingle Doggo social media. Please notify us if you do not agree.
• Results cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on dog’s behaviour, history, and client’s consistency.

Health & Behaviour

• Clients must disclose any relevant health/behavioural issues. Aggressive or nervous dogs may be unsuitable for group classes, and may instead benefit from a one to one programme.
• Females in season cannot attend in-person classes/programs. Online alternatives may be offered.
• Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, worming, and flea/tick treatment.
• Dogs with parasites will be asked to leave until treated.
• Group training carries some risk of infection (e.g. kennel cough). Attendance is at client’s risk.
• Clients remain fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times. Dingle Doggo is not liable for accident, injury, or death of dogs during sessions.

Payment, Bookings & Cancellations

• Payment must be made in advance (within 7 days of invoice).
• 48hrs notice required for cancellations; late cancellations/non-attendance are charged in full.
• Cancellations within 7 days of payment refunded minus €50 admin fee. No refunds once online material accessed.
• Training packages must be used within 6 months; missed classes are non-refundable.
• Instalment plans may be available upon request, these must be completed in full. Outstanding payments remain due.
• Overdue invoices accrue 8% interest above BOI base rate plus admin/debt recovery costs.
• All payments due in full without set-off or deduction.
• If Dingle Doggo cancels, sessions will be rescheduled or refunded.

Liability

• Clients cover any costs arising from damage, accident, or illness caused by their dog.
• We do not accept liability for loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, or other indirect/consequential losses.
• Liability is not excluded for human death/personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or rights under law.
• Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

General

• This Agreement forms the entire contract between Client and Dingle Doggo.
• No variation is valid unless confirmed in writing.
• Invalid provisions will be modified or removed without affecting the rest.
• Notices must be in writing (email, post, courier).
• Only parties to this contract may enforce terms.
